I think that the use of prescription drug use has skyrocketed because of drug tests in the workplace. People know they can go out and get screwed up on pills and piss in a cup three or four days later and can pass the test. You cant go out and buy a bag of pot and pass the test in a couple of days unless you are ready to spend some money on some detox drink or something to pass it.
And prescriptions are just too easy to get. Most can't get pot for free. Many can get free narcotics through Medicaid abuse (and those who can't get it free through Medicaid often buy it from people who got it free through Medicaid abuse).
The drug problem SWVA has right now has no other "ring leader" than our own government and screwed up public health system.
You'll shoot your eye out.

not even three-four days, if you are a regular drug user, you can pass even the most extreme pills in less than 24 hrs.
